Davidson Homes LLC is offering a Flex Cash incentive on select homes contracted during the promotional periods listed below. Flex Cash amounts are determined by the date the purchase agreement is fully executed and may be applied toward approved financing-related costs, including closing costs and/or interest rate buydowns, or toward approved options and upgrades, subject to lender guidelines and community restrictions.

Flex Cash Amounts & Contract Dates:

  • $10,000 Flex Cash for new contracts written March 1, 2026 – March 8, 2026

  • $7,500 Flex Cash for new contracts written March 9, 2026 – March 15, 2026

  • $5,000 Flex Cash for new contracts written March 16, 2026 – March 22, 2026

  • $2,500 Flex Cash for new contracts written March 23, 2026 – March 29, 2026

Contracts must be fully executed by 11:59 PM local time on the final date of each promotional week to qualify for that week’s Flex Cash amount. Contracts written outside of these date ranges will not qualify for the stated incentive amounts.

Incentives for contracts written March 30, 2026 – March 31, 2026 will be announced separately and are subject to change.
